Cumulative net at horizon: £392,673
First projected revenue
Month 3
Months 1–2 are the quiet build-up — outreach, replies, first meetings.
Break-even month

Over the term (12 mo) — secondary
The first months are quiet. That's normal.
Based on your inputs, outreach begins in month 1 but first projected revenue lands in month 3. That lag is a sales-cycle close delay (~2 months typical for this partner category) plus any realisation lag (~0 months). Partnerships compound — the horizon figure above is the honest headline, not the quiet weeks.

What it takes to run this
The Growth tier buys this delivery footprint each month (illustrative planning maximums, matching the Digital Fuel offer catalogue):
| Records researched / month | 2,000 |
|---|---|
| Contacts delivered / month | 500 |
| LinkedIn messages / month | 100 |
| Email messages / month | 50 |
| Senior hours (Toby/Paul) / month | 6 h |
| Deal Room programmes / quarter | 1 |
Allowances are planning maximums, not delivery guarantees.

Questions people ask
How does the math work?
A monthly cohort model: outreach volume → funnel rates → closed deals, each cohort scheduled a sales-cycle later and (optionally) a realisation lag after that. Churn and renewal decay the active book monthly. Investment is the retainer (plus any hybrid floor and setup fee). The curve plots cumulative contribution profit vs cumulative investment. See the engine spec for the full formulas.
Why are the early months quiet?
B2B sales cycles compound. A reply in month 1 typically becomes a meeting in month 2–3, an opportunity in month 3–5, and a signed deal several months after that — then invoices start. Any realisation lag (contract onboarding, integration) adds more. That's why the horizon ROI, not month-1 revenue, is the honest headline.
Where do the defaults come from?
They're illustrative planning assumptions curated in-house across 30+ partner categories, not benchmarks we warrant or sell. Every number is editable on the inputs panel; the engine treats category defaults as a starting point you tune to your own business.
What's GGR / NGR and why do you keep it separate?
GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) and NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) are operator-side realisation bases. In iGaming partnerships (affiliates, operator revshare, streaming) the supplier gets a share of NGR — not the full NGR. We never route GGR/NGR into the supplier-revenue line; they appear only as realisation context. Mixing the two is how illustrative projections become misrepresentations, so our engine fails loud if a profile tries.
What happens to my data?
Everything you type stays in your browser until you submit the capture form. We don't set tracking cookies on this calculator. If you submit the form, we store your consent, contact details and inputs so we can email you the projection; you can request erasure at any time via our privacy policy.
Why can't you just show me a guaranteed number?
Because we won't make one up. The calculator is an illustrative model, not a forecast. Actual results depend on your offer, market, team and execution — all variables outside this page. We'd rather show you an honest projection with the quiet months visible than pretend partnerships pay back in week one.
